weird suspension creak

hi im wonderin if u guys know wots wrong with my car when i brake hard theres a loud creaking noise kinda feels like suspension or something does anybody know wot it is or has this happened before?

i have some suspension noise in the rear left of my car when i go over a bit of rough road, i think it might just be like a shock ruber though. might take it to peders for one of those 28point saftey checks.

could it have anything to do with the noise coming out of my TL when i brake hard...
